Guacamole

Guacamole

A tasty and healthy snack made using avocado, garlic and lemon juice.

  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes
  • Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, ripe
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, remove the avocado from the skin.
  2. Mash and blend avocado until smooth.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend or mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.
