A tasty and healthy snack made using avocado, garlic and lemon juice.
- 1 large avocado, ripe
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, remove the avocado from the skin.
- Mash and blend avocado until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend or mix well.
- Serve immediately.
